Built a company's first real software
They had a business and a stack of spreadsheets. I built the software underneath it: a suite of internal tools taken from a vague idea to running in production on their own cloud. When a security incident hit mid-build, I ran the response for that too.
Untangled years of scattered data
Business records spread across mismatched legacy databases that didn't talk to each other. I built the pipelines to pull it into one place, then fixed the sync and the slow queries so the whole thing actually kept up.
Shipped fintech that couldn't afford to be wrong
An early-stage money product on a framework that wasn't quite ready for it. I stabilized it, built the bank-grade authentication it needed, and got it over the line under regulatory and uptime rules that don't forgive mistakes.
Broke into 60+ systems on purpose
Penetration tests across public- and private-sector organizations. I found the holes, then wrote them up in language the people fixing them could actually use, not a report that dies in an inbox.
